Karey Fisher, proud Principal of Nursery Road Elementary School - Arts Magnet! 
 
My goal is to bring passion and spirit to our educational community. My journey in education began in 2007 in the School District of Lexington Richland Five as a German language teacher before transitioning to roles including Placement Chair, Administrative Assistant Principal, and Assistant Principal. I completed my graduate studies at the University of South Carolina, fostering a commitment to academic excellence.

For the past six years, I've had the privilege of serving the Nursery Road Community, nurturing an environment where I firmly believe that all children can achieve. As the Principal, I am excited to be a part of your child's educational journey in this wonderful and caring Arts Magnet school. 

Together, we can cultivate a love for learning and creativity that will last a lifetime.

It is a pleasure to serve as the Administrative Assistant Principal of Nursery Road , a school where all of our students are given an opportunity to shine. I have more than 20 years experience as a classroom teacher and educational leader working with all grade levels. 

It is my mission to work with the students, parents, and community members of Nursery Road to help all students to learn and grow. I am proud to be a Champion where we Nurture Relationships and Establish Success.
